FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Mansfield University men’s and women’s basketball teams both picked to finish 6^th in PSAC Preseason Coaches Poll – Both teams open 2007-08 season Thursday evening at home -- $1.50 admission to celebrate Mansfield's 150th anniversary

MANSFIELD – The Mansfield University men’s and women’s basketball teams were each picked to finish sixth in the PSAC East Preseason Coaches Poll.

The poll was released Tuesday at the PSAC Media Day.

Both teams will open their 2007-08 season this Thursday evening at Decker Gymnasium with the women hosting Mercyhurst at 5:30 p.m. and the men taking on Lemoyne at 7:30 p.m.

The opener will also be Mansfield Sesquicentennial Night with admission just $1.50 per person in honor of the 150^th anniversary of both Mansfield University and Mansfield Borough.
