THE JOEL STEPHENS FOUNDATION
The Joel Stephens Foundation, through proceeds from The Joel Stephens Invitational Tournament, is a proud contributor to the following non-profit organizations that help continue Joel’s legacy:
The Starwish Foundation – an area organization dedicated to serving the special needs of children with cancer, handicaps, or suffering abuse and victimization. P.O. Box 4, Elmira, NY 14901
The Josh Palmer Fund – organized and coordinated by the Palmer Family and dedicated to assisting local cancer patients and their families in their battle with cancer. The fund also helps provide two academic scholarships and facilitates a much needed support group for young adults with cancer.
Joel’s Kids – a fund created in memory of Joel, and originating through the Baltimore Orioles minor league franchise the Frederick Keys, which benefits children dealing with personal challenges, serious illness, or bereavement due to the death of a parent or sibling.
