FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: CHARITY LEARN NAMED PSAC FEMALE RUNNER OF THE WEEK

MANSFIELD – Mansfield University standout Charity Learn (Troy/North Penn) has been named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Female Indoor Track Runner of the Week for her outstanding performance at the Susquehanna University Invitational this past Saturday.

A sophomore, Learn broke her own school record in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:05.84 at the Susquehanna Invitational.  She finished second among the 26-athlete event while her time is the best run in the PSAC this season by nearly 13 seconds.

Learn has earned PSAC Runner of the Week honors in cross-country as well as indoor and outdoor track in her short collegiate career.
