Course Description:   The course is 99% grass and flat.  There are a couple places where the course crosses a paved road. 

Timing:                      Timing is being done by Runhigh, utilizing the ChampionChip system.  For more information on the chip system and how it works, visit the

Entry:                          Entry rosters must be submitted online with Direct Athletics by Tuesday,  October 20, 2009.

Declarations:              Final declarations must be completed online by noon the day prior to the meet.  Direct Athletics is the Web service that will be in use (See web address above). 

Coaches Meeting:     A coach’s technical meeting will be held in Decker Gym Room 113-114 at 5:30pm on Friday, November 6^th.  Refreshments will be available. 

Trainers:                     Trainers will be available at the course from 2:30-6:30pm on Friday,   November 6^th, and from 9am-3pm on Saturday, November 7th.  Please see “Athletic Trainer Information.” 

Lodging/Dining:         See “Hotels in and near Mansfield"

Lockers/Showers:      Lockers and showers will be available on the second floor Decker Gym on campus.  Please bring your own locks and towels. 

Awards:                      Awards will be presented at the course or Decker Gym if there is inclement weather at approximately 2:00pm.  Results will also be available for coaches at this time.
