Coming from the South:
North Bound on Route 15. Take the 2nd
Mansfield exit. Turn left onto Route 6 towards Mansfield. Come into
downtown Mansfield. At the
intersection turn left onto North Main Street. Drive out of town about one
mile. You will see the road divide. Take the left. DO NOT go to the right
back up on to 15. Follow the road under the over pass. This is a one way
road and will take you to Park Entrance. The Park is the Lambs Creek
Recreation Area.
Coming from the North:
South Bound on Route 15. Take the First Mansfield exit. The park entrance
will be on your right. The Park is the Lambs Creek Recreation Area.
Coming from the East:
West Bound on Route 6: Come into downtown Mansfield. At the intersection
turn right onto North Main Street. Drive out of town about one mile. You
will see the road divide. Take the left. DO NOT go to the right back up on
to 15. Follow the road under the over pass. This is a one way road and
will take you to Park Entrance. The Park is the Lambs Creek Recreation
Area.
Once you have entered the park you will be greeted by event staff. Once you
identify yourself you will be given your parking pass.
Van parking directions:
Proceed approximately 1200m to the first open gate. There you will be
directed to team parking by event staff. ONLY team vehicles will be allowed
through this gate. Once inside the park you will be within walking distance
(less than 200 yards) of the start/finish line, bathroom facilities and
medical tent.
Bus Parking: Proceed to
the second open gate. Drop athletes off. Buss proceed down to the boat
launch parking area. There is a large parking area there and it will be
obvious where to park.
Spectator parking:
Please notify your athletes to let their parents know about parking.
Parking will enter at the second gate where they will park in a field. In
the event that ground is too soft to park in the field spectator parking
will be directed along the road by event staff. There will be a 5 dollar
fee for parking per car. Please encourage car pooling. Parking inside the
event are will be close 30 minutes prior to the First college race
For teams arriving after 9:30 am you will still be allowed to park in the
team area but may have to wait if an event is being run.
