FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Mansfield distance medley relay team finishes ninth at NCAA Division II National Championship

MANKATO, MN – The Mansfield University distance medley relay team of Dave Sanford, Bryan Falcone, Victory Garcia and Chris Cummings finished ninth at the NCAA Division II National Indoor Track and Field Championship Friday night at the University of Minnesota – Mankato.

The team, which had shattered school records all season and finished first at the PSAC Indoor Championship two weeks ago, finished with a time of 10:15.79. Grand Valley State (MI) won the event with a time of 9:53.43 – almost 10 seconds faster than the next best time
