FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Mountie Men’s Distance Medley Relay Team Sets School Record at Bucknell – Mike Gray PSAC Qualifying Toss in Shot

LEWISBURG – Dave Sanford, Bryan Falcone, John-Mark Stoltz and Bryan Morseman combined to break the school record in the distance medley relay as the Mansfield University men’s and women’s indoor track teams opened the 2007 portion of their schedule at the Gulden Relays at Bucknell University Saturday afternoon.

The foursome’s time of  10.21.65 eclipsed the former school record of  10.26.80 set by Josh Wooden, Keith Drummond, Jordann Smith and Chris Cummings in 2004.

Rickey Jones and Mike Gray also had strong outings with Jones qualifying for the PSAC Championships with a time of 7.22 in the 60-yard dash and Grey qualifying with a toss of 44-7.

Amanda Fedish tie her school record in the 60-dash with a time of 8.20 and Katrina Brumfield was third in the high jump (5-02.25) while the distance medley relay team of Nicole Dann, Marisa Fronczkiewicz, Christyna Cain and Rachel Hall finished second (12:37.34).
