FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Rachel Hall Named PSAC Female Indoor Track Runner of the Week – Senior Earns First Conference Weekly Honor After Winning Mile Run at Kent State

MANSFIELD – Rachel Hall (Jackson/Blue Ridge) has been named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Female Indoor Runner of the Week for her outstanding performance at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala.

Hall established a new personal best in the mile while taking top honors at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala.  Her time of 5:13.43 (converted) tops all PSAC runners.  Hall also owns the league's best time in the 3,000m, running a 10:25.85 while finishing second at the Cornell Relays two weeks ago.
