FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: CHAD WOODRUFF WIN HIGH JUMP AT ROCHESTER INVITATIONAL

ROCHESTER, NY -- Chad Woodruff won the high jump and Joe Trapani took first in the 3000 racewalk at the University of Rochester Invitational Saturday.

Woodruff had a strong day for the Mountaineers beside winning the high jump with a 1.90 meter effort and also finished second in the 55 meter hurdles (8.27)

Trapani cruised to an easy win the 3,000 racewalk with a time of 13:30.28.

Also placing for the Mountaineers were freshman Amanda Fedish took second in the 55 meter dash (7.67) and the 200 meters (28.85). Katrina Brumfield was second in the high jump (1.53 m) and Robyn Ireland second in the 3,000 meters (11:19.30).
