FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Mansfield's Chris Cummings Places Second at Kent State Tune up

Kent, Ohio – Chris Cummings (Mansfield / Mansfield) continues to impress.

Today Cummings showed that he can compete at any collegiate level as he placed Second in the Mile Run at the Kent State Tune-up, which consisted of a field of mostly Division IA runners.  Cummings,  who was one of only two Division II runners to place at the meet, crossed the one mile distance with a time of 4:12. 

Cummings will join his Conference qualifying teammates at East Stroudsburg on February 26 for the PSAC Indoor Championships.
