FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: MOUNTAINEER WOMEN’S SOCCER TEAM TO HOLD FREE CLINIC THIS SUNDAY

MANSFIELD – The Mansfield University women’s soccer team will take a break from preseason camp to hold a free soccer clinic for area youth soccer players.

“It’s a very good clinic that designed for younger soccer players,” said Mountaineer head coach Tim Dempsey. “Our players are looking forward to it and it’s a great opportunity for MARA and other youth soccer players to get a head start on the upcoming season.”

The clinic will run from 1-3 pm at the Bixby Soccer Field at Smythe Park in downtown Mansfield. The team will demonstrate proper soccer fundaments and work one-on-one with area youth players on the physical and mental soccer skills.

The clinic is set for Aug. 21^st and  no pre-registration is needed.  .
