FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: WOMEN’S SOCCER SUFFERS SETBACK TO SHIPPENSBURG

MANSFIELD – Shippensburg scored four goals in the first half and added three more in the second half to down Mansfield 7-0 in a PSAC women’s soccer Sunday afternoon at Myers Field.

Mansfield managed just four shots on goal to Shippensburg’s 20. Julie Miller recorded four saves in goal for the Mountaineers.

Mansfield falls to 1-4-1 while Shippensburg improves to 5-1.

Mansfield travels to Lock Haven on Wednesday.
