FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Women’s Soccer Downed By East Stroudsburg University 3-0

Mansfield endured a tough first half as East Stroudsburg scored all three of their goals in it.

On the 35^th minute of the game, East Stroudsburg’s Lynda Hicks scored. Her goal opened up the scoring for the rest of the game to her team mates, Lyndsay Foder and Jessica Oliva as each scored the other two goals for the game within a minute of each other.

Justine Segear recorded nine saves while East Stroudsburg’s Janine Turcio had only one save.

The Mountaineers come home Saturday, October 4 for their game with Lock Haven University. Game starts at 1:30 pm.
