FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: MOUNTIES FALL 3-0 AT MILLERSVILLE IN WOMEN’S SOCCER

MILLERSVILLE – The Mansfield University women’s soccer team struggled offensively in a 3-0 setback to PSAC East foe Millersville Sunday afternoon.

The Mountaineers were out shot 30-1 by Millersville with Mansfield goalie Julie Miller coming up with 15 saves.

The game was originally scheduled for Saturday but was postponed until today because of flooding in the Millersville area.

Millersville improves to 4-1 overall and 2-0 in the PSAC East. Mansfield falls to 2-5 overall and 0-3 in the PSAC East.

The Mountaineers will host Shippensburg on Wednesday.
