RELEASE DATE: 12/30/04 SYRACUSE, NY -- A cold shooting Mansfield Mountaineer team fell to Le Moyne College 67-45 Thursday evening at Ted Grant Court. The Mountaineers shot just 26.9% (14-52) from the floor and were out rebounded 54-39 in falling to 5-5 on the season. Mansfield trimmed a 30-20 halftime deficit to a four-point game with the first six points of the second half. Le Moyne responded with a 28-10 run to put the game away. Alison Tagliaferri was the only Mountaineer to reach double figures with 13 points and just missed a double-double with nine rebounds. Laura Scordino, Stephanie Rieser and Jessica Uhrich all added eight points with Uhrich also pulling down 10 rebounds. Mansfield is off until January 8, when they travel to IUP.
