FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Smickley takes third in butterfly and Gregg fourth in the 1000 free at Vulcan Challenge

CALIFORNIA, PA – Junior Megan Smickley finished third overall in the 200 fly and freshman Lindsay Gregg was fourth in the 1000 free to highlight Mansfield’s efforts at the Vulcan Dual Meet Challenge Saturday at California University of Pennsylvania.

Smickley earned three time points with where time of 2:19.61 while Gregg’s 11:42.78 time in the 1000 earned two team points.

Taylor Zilinek also picked up team points with a fifth place finish in the 100 back with a time of 1:04.14. Zilinek had picked up two team points the night before with a fourth place finish in the 200 back (2:17.50).
