 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:  Weather Causes More Schedule Changes for Mountie Softball

 MANSFIELD -- With late winter weather sweeping through the area the Mountaineer softball team has once again been forced to tweak their upcoming schedule.

Mansfield was slated for a doubleheader with Shippensburg on Sunday, April 15th at Lutes Field but field conditions are now forcing that game to be postponed again.

Also, the Mountaineers scheduled contest for Tuesday, April 17th with Lock Haven has been cancelled.

In place of that contest, Mansfield will now travel to Shippensburg on Tuesday for a doubleheader. The first game is set for 2:30pm.

Mansfield will add a home game on April 24th when Shippensburg will come north to face the Mounties in a doubleheader at Lutes Field.

The Mountaineers are scheduled to play this weekend on the road with Millersville and Kutztown. Both of those contests remain scheduled at this time.
