On the Women's side, Mansfield sits fifth in the East with a 4-4 conference record while Bloomsburg ranks sixth at 3-6.

The exciting collegiate basketball won't be the only entertainment in Mansfield Wednesday night as  the MU Athletic Development Office will bring in popular basketball entertainer Tom Carter to perform his famous "Long Stick Basketball Show" during half time and between games.  Director of Development for Athletics, Alex Ogeka, says: "This is a truly unique and exciting experience that will entertain the entire family."

As part of his show, he manages to balance a spinning basketball on top of a stick that extends out 40 feet into the air. Tom can also make a 3-point shot off a 23 foot stick, as well as perform other amazing basketball maneuvers such as the fast break -- all with the basketball balanced over 20 feet in the air.

Tom Carter's famous show has appeared at over 200 Professional and Collegiate basketball games including nearly every NBA city in the USA as well as making an appearance in "Ripley's Believe it or Not."  His show comes with high recommendations from everywhere he's been.  Syracuse University Head Basketball Coach Jim Boeheim says: "Great show. Well worth it. Tom put on an entertaining performance for our fans at the Carrier Dome. I recommend his show highly for any college campus."

After traveling the country and performing for hundreds of Division I Basketball programs like Syracuse, Kentucky, Georgia Tech, and North Carolina as well as NBA franchises such as the Philadelphia 76'ers, LA Lakers, LA Clippers, Detroit Pistons, and San Antonio Spurs, Tom Carter brings his esteemed performance to Decker Gymnasium in Mansfield Pennsylvania.

Tom is from Binghamton New York where he lives with his family of four. He works at Broome Community College as an intramural and fitness center director as well as the head coach for the cross country and tennis teams.
