FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: MOUNTIES BRIAN DeCECCO AND JAMAR FOULKS NAMED TO DON HANSEN FOOTBALL GAZETTE ALL-REGIONAL HONORS

MANSFIELD – Mansfield University standouts Brian DeCecco and Jamar Foulks were named to the 2004 Dan Hansen Football Gazette All-Northeast Region Team. Both were selected to Third Team honors.

At 6-3, 326 pounds, Foulks anchored the offensive line from his center position. Just a sophomore, Foulks has earned All-PSAC East 1^st Team honors in each of his first two seasons and is considered one of the top sophomore offensive linemen in NCAA Division II.

DeCecco has earned All-PSAC East honors at noseguard in each of the last three seasons. The senior was a first time selection in 2003 and 2004 while earning second team honors in 2002. This season DeCecco anchored the defensive line, racking up 33 tackles including 15 solo. DeCecco has started every game of his four year career at Mansfield and hold the school record for career tackles by a noseguard with 146 including solo's (76).

Both players were earlier named to D2football.com and Daktronics All-Regional Teams.
