MANSFIELD- At East Stroudsburg University, Thursday October 16th, the
Mounties fall to
East
Stroudsburg
University. East Stroudsburg
is ranked eighth in the nation.
Junior Ashley
Celaschi (Myerstown/ELCO) scored her first goal of the season, and the
Mounties’ only goal on the day. Senior
Heather Long (Pottstown/Pottsgrove)
faced 45 shots and had 29 saves for the Mountaineers.
Mansfield’s record is now 3-12, 3-10.
The
Mounties’ next game is Saturday October 18th when they host the
Indians of Indiana University of PA in a PSAC match-up. Saturday’s game is also senior day, and senior goalie Heather Long will
be honored prior to the start of the game.
