FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Mounties Blanked by East Stroudsburg 2-0

EAST STROUDSBURG – Ashley Kocis scored both goals to lift East Stroudsburg to a 2-0 win over Mansfield in a PSAC battle between nationally ranked teams.

Kocis socred in the 18^th minute of the first half and again in the 61^st minute.

Brianna DeLuca had 16 saves in goal for Mansfield.

The Mountaineers had 18 shots to East Stroudsburg’s 28.

Miranda Fountain recorded 15 saves for East Stroudsburg.

Mansfield falls to 3-6 overall and 2-4 in the PSAC while East Stroudsburg improves to 5-2 and 4-2 in the conference.

Mansfield travels to C.W. Post Sunday.
