FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: MANSFIELD FALLS TO IUP 11-1 IN FIELD HOCKEY 

INDIANA, PA – Mansfield University was out shot 47-4 by IUP in dropping a 11-1 decision in a PSAC field hockey contest Sunday afternoon.

The Mountaineers scored their only goal of the afternoon on a penalty corner by freshman Ryanne Higgins with no time on the clock.

Sophomore Katie Heil had 31 saves in goal.

IUP improves to 7-2 overall and 4-2 in the PSAC while Mansfield falls to 1-7 overall and 1-4 in the conference.

Mansfield travels to #1 ranked Bloomsburg on Wednesday.
